Located in the south of the island, this versatile villa is close to the action of Playa d’en Bossa and Ibiza Town, yet the privacy and natural surrounding of the hills of San Josep ensure a pleasant stay on the island.

The villa boasts 3 double rooms, 1 twin and a 5^th room with a big sofa bed, which can be used as an additional sleeping option for 2 guests. A private pool as well as a BBQ area and WI-FI are there to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

There is a huge outdoor area with three sunny terraces to enjoy incredible views over the sea, the salt pools of Las Salinas and the neighbor island Formentera.

This three split-level villa has been built in a traditional Ibicenco style and has everything to make you feel at home away from home. As you first enter the villa, you are welcomed into the lounge, which is complete with a comfortable sofa, TV, DVD player and stereo.

Enjoy inside dining in the spacious dining area, which opens up to the adjoining outside/pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, toaster and kettle and all the appliances you need. Further you have the commodity of a washing machine and a dishwasher in the adjoining room to the kitchen.

Upstairs from the living area on the top floor, you will find three of the villa’s four bedrooms. The master bedroom, complete with en-suite and air-conditioning which opens into its private terrace where you will have an incredible view over the sea.

On the same floor are another two bedrooms, a double and a twin room as well as a second, separate bathroom for the guests to share.

Downstairs from the living room is another section of the house, which is accessible via a separate entrance from outside. This area has a double bedroom, a bathroom and its own living space with a sofa bed that can easily be converted to accommodate another two guests. From this living area, which is also fully air conditioned, you can access another private terrace to enjoy the sun and relax.

The pool area has direct access from the kitchen and dining area and benefits from sunshine all day long. Plenty of sunbeds, chairs and umbrellas around the pool will ensure your comfort for sunbathing and lounging all day long, which is essential for a summer vacation in Ibiza.

The inside dining room leads directly to the fantastic outside dining area, where alfresco dining is one of the highlights. Enjoy a breakfast in the sunshine or an intimate dinner by the pool, which can change colors in the night.

Surrounded by pine trees and the typical natural Mediterranean surrounding, it’s a perfect place for families or groups of friends who want to sample all of Ibiza’s delights. Perfect to chill out and relax, still you are close enough to the action of Playa d’en Bossa and Ibiza Town.
